I currently work with a number of international scholars on projects relating to corpus linguistics, CALL and language assessment more broadly.

Joint Projects

Current corpus work includes compiling and analysing a corpus of health science research article introductions. The project is led by Dr. Aysel Sahin Kizil and is supported by myself and Dr. Benet Vincent from Coventry University.

I’m also a Co-I on the Hornby Trust grant project titled: ‘A bi-lingual corpus-based physics dictionary for L1 Arabic undergraduates‘, led by Dr. Priya Mathew of Middle East College Oman.
